Such Strength and Balance for a Girl

Women are the weaker sex right? Well then it's hard to wrap my mind around this woman's type of strength and balance. I haven't tried this yet but it doesn't look easy.

I'm no Dwayne "the Roc" Johnson but a fast mini 15 minute workout for me would include 40 to 45 pullups, 55 fingertip pushups, 70 knuckle pushups, and 600 leg row crutches amongst other cardio exercises with no rest and I don't think I could do this one hand body balance thingy this sister is doing.

I gotta give her much respect. I can only imagine the time and effort it took to get this strong and balanced. Much, much respect to her.
